Voters have been softening on PED users (see rising vote totals in recent years for Clemens, etc). Also, the Bonds and Clemens of the game were involved in much higher profile PED “scandals.” Given the factors and Cano’s career, I think he gets in easily once his name finally appears on a ballot.
