Rivian Planning Van Life 2.0 With Future Electric Off-Road Camper

The practice of remodeling vans to include a variety of creature comforts to make them both mobile and stationary places to live has become very popular in recent years. Electric vehicle Rivian (RIVN) manufacturer is hoping to get in on that trend with their tricked out Adventure Van, an electric off-road camper that may revolutionize roadside comfort..
Motor Trend’s Christian Seabaugh recently reported on the plans Rivian has to release their Adventure Van in 2025. To date, no company has produced a factory-ready, overland camper van, and depending on what occurs over the next few years this could be the first. This would mirror them being the first company to produce an all electric pickup truck.
Although details are not fully known, the Adventure Van will be based on Rivian’s electric R1 model and have off-roading capabilities. Additionally, it will feature amenities like the Rivian Camp Kitchen, and is anticipated to include seats that can be converted into beds.
