Reviewing Monterey Bay F.C.’s Offseason And The Upcoming Season

We’re about to have professional soccer again as USL Championship 2025 is right around the corner!

It’s been an agonizing wait but the 2025 Monterey Bay F.C. season is nearly here. A busy offseason has culminated with the full roster to date (there is still likely a player or two to add) starting training and commencing preseason play. We stopped by Cardinale Stadium yesterday to discuss the wrap up of these past few months and what to look forward to as we approach a new year.

While at least a second goalkeeper is still in the works, we were able to confirm that all players currently under contract have reported to the club and are participating in preparations for the upcoming season. Given the depth that has been accumulated at multiple positions, we expect that competition will be fierce for playing time.
