Polestar Precept Head of Design Explains Blueprint for Hopeful EV Glory

The Polestar Precept is expected to be released by Swedish EV manufacturer Polestar in 2024. This high-performance sedan will be known as the Polestar 5 and is hoped to be a rival for luxury electric vehicles like Lucid Motors, Tesla and Mercedes EQS. The model, which Car and Driver has termed “a stunning concept,” could make or break Polestar as a power player in the industry for years to come. In a recent interview, their Head of Design explained how he and his team were able to come up with such an anticipated car.

The Precept will be a four-door touring grand touring car that features lidar and a stable of bells and whistles in the interior and under the hood. The company has released teaser videos that show what customers may expect a few years from now:
