Dead Man In Planet Fitness Tanning Bed For 3 Days Before His Body Was Discovered
A missing man recently made widespread headlines because of the unusual conclusion of the matter
A recent shocking discovery at an Indianapolis Planet Fitness has made headlines around the world. A 39-year-old named Derek Sink was found dead in a tanning bed at the gym on November 11th, three days after he was noticed as missing.
On November 8, Sink visited Planet Fitness to sign up for a membership. He was accompanied by his girlfriend Heather and her daughter, but they briefly left to shop at a nearby store. When they returned, Sink had vanished.
Despite noticing that Sink’s car was still in the parking lot, the family initially believed that he might have left the gym. However, as hours passed without a sign of him, their concern grew. His family finally formally reported him missing on November 10th.
The next morning, the matter was brought to a grisly, if not perplexing, end when Sink’s probation officer visited the gym, his last known location. The missing man’s body was found inside a tanning bed, where it was believed to have been laying for three days.
