4 Big Potential Catalysts During The Remainder Of 2022 For Disney
It’s been a tough year for its stock, but Disney has some bright spots to look forward to during the remainder of the year
Like many companies, The Walt Disney Company (DIS) has seen its stock have a volatile year. Lingering effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and inflation concerns have all contributed to inhibiting the flow of customer dollars. However, there is still a full quarter left in 2022, and looking at what remains on the entertainment/multimedia giant’s calendar, there are still a number of interesting and big potential catalysts that are expected to occur in the coming months.
Traffic at the various Disney parks has fluctuated since the pandemic. Now that the desire to travel is higher, the ability to afford to do so has been attacked by the ragged economy. That being said, during the remainder of the year, there are a number of periods that are traditionally when Disney sees some of its largest park crowds in any given year. In particular, November and December see a surge of larger crowds, with the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas being among the heaviest.
